Politique d'annulation
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through our online calendar. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be non-refundable (or may be subject to a cancellation fee). To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, out of respect for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. Payment will not be refunded or transferred. Emergencies & Exceptions Life happens.
